Well, going on about 20 years in the tech industry. I have enjoyed most of it. I have learned great things, learned from great people and have even taught some great students. I have made and held onto relationships in my life, persons whom I feel tied-to, a connection with; some of them are not immediate family.
I have learned to be a versatile, humble, patient and an understanding person; with family as well as work. I have only learned these virtues through the ups-and-downs of my own life.
The secret that I have found to happiness is not what you can do for yourself but it is how you treat others in your lifetime. Being more quiet and patient with people has made me a better person; a better responder. Some might argue that being a good listener is the key but I firmly believe that logic is wrong. As people, we need to be better responders; listening is merely a tool for us to use correctly.
I am not exactly sure what I am talking about right now, it all just sounded important in my mind to write down. I hope you gain some insight from this post.
